As mentioned, I have 20 plus years experience in the glovebox and gas purification business. I was formerly the president and cofounder of one of the largest glovebox manufacturers in the US. I was responsible for the start-up of the entire US operations. The original facility started with sales and service only, and developed into assembly of small machines and concluded with full engineering and manufacturing of every product sold in the US. I also created and implemented a complete ISO 9001:2000 quality program which was NQA1 certified.
During my tenure, I established a national sales team that produced increased sales revenues every year. I also integrated lean manufacturing techniques which cut costs and increased worker productivity and efficiency. In addition to the above I established engineering policies and procedures that ensured product quality.
